Individual Application to the Constitutional Court
Anayasada güvence altına alınan ve Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesi kapsamındaki temel hak ve özgürlüklerinden biri kamu gücü işlemiyle ihlal edilen herkesin Anayasa Mahkemesine yaptığı başvurudur. Olağan kanun yollarının tüketilmiş olması ve kısa başvuru süresine uyulması zorunludur; ihlal tespiti hâlinde yeniden yargılama veya tazminata hükmedilebilir.
