Günser + Partners, founded in Ankara in 2020, is a law firm providing legal services in advisory, litigation and dispute resolution for individual and corporate clients.
From our office in Çankaya, we support our clients in legal processes conducted throughout Türkiye, and primarily in Ankara. At the foundation of our working philosophy lie direct communication, the real time devoted to each file, clear information, and the careful protection of the client's interest.
We believe that every legal matter has its own particular circumstances. For this reason, we assess files not through standard templates, but within the framework of the history of the event, the state of the evidence, the parties' positions, the applicable legislation and current judicial practice.
We attach importance to the communication we establish with our clients being clear, understandable and sustainable. At every stage of the file, it is our priority that the client knows what they are facing, sees their legal options, and makes their decisions based on a sound assessment.
Our aim in legal services is not merely to file suit or carry out the process. Reducing risks before a dispute arises, evaluating the possibilities of settlement and negotiation before resorting to litigation, and — when litigation is unavoidable — preparing the file on the soundest legal ground, are an important part of our working philosophy.

Confidentiality & Professional Secrecy
Confidentiality is one of the most fundamental principles of the legal profession. In line with Attorneyship Law No. 1136, the Professional Rules of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, and professional ethical principles, our firm carefully protects the information and documents belonging to its clients. The statements, documents and file contents shared by our clients are treated within the scope of professional secrecy; this information is not disclosed to third parties except where the legal service requires it. File security and confidentiality are an inseparable part of the way we work.
Transparency
In legal processes, the client must know not only the outcome but also how the process is progressing. For this reason, in the matters we undertake we clearly inform our clients about the stages of the file, the existing risks, the possible outcomes, and the legal paths that may be followed. For us, transparency is not presenting every possibility in a favorable light; it is setting out the strengths and weaknesses of the file realistically. Without steering our clients towards unnecessary expectations, we make it a principle to share the current legal situation in understandable terms.
Independence
The legal profession is one of the fundamental guarantees of the freedom to seek justice and of an effective defense. As a requirement of this duty, the attorney must carry out their professional activity independently. Our firm forms its legal assessments free from external influences, within the framework of the features of the concrete case, the legislation in force and a sense of professional responsibility. It protects the client's interest within the limits drawn by the law and in adherence to the principle of independence.

We listen first, then assess.
The first meeting is not merely an information-gathering stage; it is an important assessment process for correctly understanding the matter. We do not form a definitive roadmap without addressing together the client's account, the documents at hand, the history of the dispute and the current legal situation.
In some files, the soundest step may not be to file suit immediately. Strengthening the basis for settlement, sending a notice that prevents the loss of rights, or obtaining an interim legal measure may be a more appropriate option before the litigation process. For this reason, we assess each application within its own circumstances and present the client with a realistic picture.
We build a strategy specific to each file.
In legal processes, ready-made templates are often insufficient. Every file must be assessed taking into account its own course of events, evidentiary position, the parties' positions, its procedural stage and judicial practice.
For this reason, we prepare our pleading, defense and legal strategy work according to the file's concrete features. In forming a strategy, we take into account not only the current situation but also the opposing party's probable moves, the likely course of the process, and the outcomes that may arise under different possibilities.
We do not leave the client outside the process.
Legal processes can often be long, technical and tiring. During this process, it is important for the client to know what stage their file has reached, so that they can make their decisions more soundly.
Our firm takes care to inform its clients of important developments and of stages that may affect the direction of the process. That the client does not become estranged from the process, knows the meaning of the steps taken, and makes their legal decisions based on information, is an important part of the service we provide.
