Pre-emption Right of Co-owners

Paylı mülkiyette bir paydaşın payını üçüncü kişiye satması hâlinde, diğer paydaşların aynı koşullarla payı öncelikle satın alma hakkı. Hak, satışın noter bildirimiyle öğrenilmesinden itibaren üç ay ve her hâlde iki yıllık hak düşürücü süreye tabidir.
